The home is situated in Sedonaโs Bell Rock Estate, and offers panoramic views of the red rock formations: Castle rock, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, all from the open concept Living room/Dining room/Kitchen. This is a single level home, including patio/balcony on a 1/2 acre corner lot. Please no children under age 14, no pets, and no smoking of any kind on the premises..
This is a 3 Bedroom and 2-3/4 Bathrooms home. Master en-suite is very spacious, sunlit by solar with separated vanities and sinks, very roomy ! The home has 4 beds (king, queen and 2 twin extra longs) . Sleeps 6 adults. The two guest bedrooms and one bath are behind double pocket doors creating another private suite area. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed for the gourmet cook, including your choice of coffee makers. The inviting Living Area has a gas fireplace, and large dining area opens onto a roomy balcony/ patio with a large BBQ and everything needed for outside living and dining.

The home features a large 14ft by 40ft. elevated patio/balcony, accessed from the dining room , master bedroom and one guest bedroom. The balcony features a table with 6 chairs, 3 chaise lounges, a BBQ gas grill, lighted ceiling fan and 2-ceiling mounted heat lamps to surround you during those cool nights. The home has a key-less entry to allow for a smooth and convenient access. Exterior drive way parking for two to four cars. There is no garage access. Street parking is prohibited.
Enjoy three golf courses within one mile or less, Sedonaโs specialty shops, renowned restaurants and cafes, art galleries, along with a multitude of outdoor activity possibilities. Located within a mile of the Hilton Hotel Golf and Spa resort, you can take advantage of the resort/spa amenities for a small day pass fee. Sedona is considered a โdark cityโ, making the star viewing in the evening stunning from our balcony.
There are motion detectors in the interior of the home, which are only used when the home is unoccupied. There are exterior cameras (close circuit, not WIFI) which are not activated at anytime. There is a ring doorbell at the front entrance which is mainly utilized when the house is not occupied.
