You will be very close to hiking and biking trails, and golf courses, along with plenty of shopping and restaurants. You'll enjoy views of Bell Rock and you'll also enjoy watching wildlife visits. The home backs up to the creek, so you can enjoy a tranquil feel.
The single-level home features 2,000 square feet, with two bedrooms, a sunroom and two bathrooms โto accommodate up to six guests.
You will enter the home via the front door and will step into the open main living space that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area. This space is accentuated by vaulted ceilings and airy ambiance.
Living Room: You'll enjoy plenty of seating, including a queen sofa sleeper, Smart TV and a decorative fireplace (non-operational).
