Positive: Lots of comfy pillows.
Negative: The room was absolutely freezing when we got into it. It was a blizzardy day but still the room shouldn't be below zero if you know a guest is arriving. It took a good 11/2 -2 hrs to warm up. My son took 2 baths to warm up and I lay under the covers in my coat. Also the breakfast was disappointing, no gluten free options except boiled eggs and the coffee was weak and cheap tasting coffee.
