Positive: The room was spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with coffee and water and lots of pillows. It was a nice treat to have apples, water and cake pops when we arrived. The location was perfect so teens could have some freedom going from the activities to the room.
Negative: The elevators weren't all working so there was usually a good 5 minute wait for one. I would have loved to have a microwave as we often came from the mall with our food from the restaurants and it was cold.
