Positive: House was great! Living room and dinning room open, plenty of room for kids to play around. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds and pillows. Windows all along the backside of the house so we had a wonderful view of lake! When they said the walk down to the lake was steep they meant it. Definitely recommend taking a small cooler if you plan on spending time on the dock.
