Take in the waterfront, elevated views, and the sun in this quiet and private property. It is right on the water, elevated, 3 mins from the grocery store, and a short minute drive from the best beach in the Turks and Caicos.
This is an exceptional property. Shutters Villa is centrally located and very close to the best beach in Turks and Caicos which is Grace Bay West! It is newly renovated and stands out because of its quality finish and highest quality interiors, wears, central air-conditioning, and amenities. The Shutters Villa is centrally located, in Turtle Tail, it is 2,500 ft2, has 4 well-appointed bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and capacity for 8 people. It is very close to a grocery store and The Bight Park. The villa is authentic and decorated in a relaxed modern beach feel. We have amazing, elevated views of the Flamingo Salina where there are flamingoes seen 50% of the year. This is a perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy complete privacy and peach and quiet. It has everything you want: pool, swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, two outdoor dining areas, paddle boards, kayaks, an amazing living space to have a family dinner.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 1,100 ft² terrace, barbecue, mini bar, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, paddle tennis court, alarm, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 10 fans, 4 smart flat screen TVs. In the gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, frying pan, toaster and kettle are provided and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation home including high-end linens, soaps and shampoos, beach towels, beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, snorkel gears, 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks.
Be sure to enjoy your vacation as well as the beautiful outdoor wet bar and grill with surround sound music poolside. You can even enjoy your food outside in the pool-side gazebo or the outdoor dining table. Take in your surroundings and enjoy the amazing views of the Flamingo Lake.

Summary: Judy was great. She met us at the property early and showed us all items. She responded immediately to my texts about the house before, gave recommendations on where to go, and left us a very clean house. We really enjoyed the entire property. Well appointed kitchen. We ate some meals outside in the nice pool area. We grilled one night under the stars. Went on multiple kayaks in Flamingo lake. Everything about the house was very nice and comfortable. Note that because of the location you need to rent a car. This was our plan all along and we visited different beaches and restaurants. Also you are allotted a certain amount for AC so if you leave the house you should turn it off. We ran over $31 which is not a big deal. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.
