Positive: I really liked how the bed was dressed and bottle wine left for us as a welcome pack with snacks and drinks. The villa was well presented and spacious. It also nice to have Netflix so we could relax and watch movies of our choice. Melissa (The Manager) was very friendly and helpful, and liked how she checked with us to make sure we were OK. The facilities at Oceanpoint were good and we enjoyed meeting people by the pools, we attended two birthday parties in one week which the children enjoyed. They also enjoyed using the gym and playing table tennis. We also found the staff who worked on the gate very helpful and friendly.
Negative: We feel that it would be nice if there was an air conditioning unit as you enter the front area of the villa, the roof fan was fine but would be much cooler with a regulated air conditioner as in the bedrooms.
