Villa Rosa... if you wish to experience a wonderful vacation in an atmosphere of relaxation and privacy, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and all the amenities of the city, this property is perfect for you! The place is absolutely marvelous; I live here from October to May, and I still feel the excitement as if it were the first time... seamlessly integrated into nature with an exclusively used pool and a beautiful garden. During the summer months, I move into the studio behind the villa to manage the daily cleaning of the park's pool and to offer my clients the utmost in service and assistance with total discretion. The house is simple, as you can see from the photos, but carefully detailed. The context and location make it a 5-star
