The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with also dishwasher, large terrace with view over the bay, and a private parking. The property also has air conditioning and free wi.fi.

Summary: The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom, but the best aspect was the wonderfully spacious terrace overlooking the beach and sea. It's a few minutes walk to the beach, and no more than 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and nearest bar, so very conveniently located. The walk into Golfo Aranci is 10-15 minutes where you can find more bars and restaurants. We had a few minor niggles with the apartment, mainly the air conditioning in the main bedroom didn't seem to be working properly, but all of our issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Chiara and Elisabetta from the agency. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and we would definitely consider returning.
