Summary: I’ll start with the pros of this rental: Location was excellent for zoo and aquarium. The neighborhood seemed cool & trendy, our party had children so we weren’t able to experience any real nightlife. But they definitely were some bars & restaurants within walking distance. Streaming apps on all TV’s The Cons: Upon arrival, which was later in the evening about 6:30 PM once we got up to the apartment I found no additional parking pass (that we paid extra for) and also no packNplay for my baby to sleep in that I was both told would be in the apartment prior to booking. I reached out in the messaging app right away, and I was not getting any responses back. I don’t know if that was a glitch on the app or if they were just unresponsive. we ended up driving to target to buy a packNplay They started texting my personal number and said that they were sending over via delivery a packNplay Which was nice however I already drove all the way to target bought my own. Then when I was inquiring about the parking pass. They We’re telling me I didn’t buy the extra pass & the $50 I paid for TWO PASSES was good for ONLY ONE car. We had my mother who is handicap and three children on this trip. The only parking available is the lot across the street or street parking which was very limited. The floors were dirty my child had black hands and feet from crawling on the floor Water pressure was a drizzle. They refunded me $100 for this trip Which was the very least that they could do.
