The outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run efficiently. It runs 24/7 during the winter months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.
