With over 10,000 SF of river front vacation space, this home offers the best in fly fishing, cooking and entertainment. The lodge sits on one the best steelhead and trout fishing spots on the entire Trinity River. The kitchen offers the finest amenities and you can walk outside and pick seasonal herbs and vegetables in our garden. There are 4 fireplaces, an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and an 6 person jacuzzi. The game room has a large screen tv, darts, shuffle board, popcorn and snow cone machines
The space
This is a 15 acre private property on the trinity river. The house is over 10,000sf with 28 ft ceilings that have majestic views of the trinity river and trinity alps. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, a full outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, a dining room that sits 8, an outdoor living room and dining area, a 6 person jacuzzi and 1000sf fenced in garden. The entertainment room downstairs has a large tv, dart board, shuffle board, corn hole and a popcorn and snow cone machine. There is also a fishing room and a 3,000sf garage.
