Positive: Everything. The location, the views, the space in the apartment. It's located at the quieter end of Surfers Paradise, which was ideal. Lots of shops / cafés within a short stroll. Didn’t get chance to use pool, tennis court, gym etc, but they looked top notch. Very knowledgeable staff. Best view from a bathroom I think I've ever seen.
Negative: I would have given 10, but I did have to contact the host a few times to get my security deposit back. Would definitely stay there again next time, and for longer.
