Positive: Lounge and kitchen was light, modern, clean and peaceful.

Negative: Could not open lift door. Could not use lift. A lady tried and failed to open door. Spent the three days going outside to go to toilet, bed,kitchen ett Bedroom tv does not work. Bathroom was diabolical! Shower floods, old and dated. The whole ground floor needs updating urgently! Very depressing environment! Oven temperature is not accurate. Some plates needed washing before use. The entrance odd! Three gates to property. Two of the gates were close to each other and difficult to access with luggage, the space was full of unnecessary rubbish. Not accessible for even an able person let alone a disabled one.
