Positive: Location, comfy bed, friendly host, potentially intriguing old-style decor

Negative: Lot of small things - one bedside lamp, no night light in the bathroom for nighttime visits, odd selection of bins, some without liners, and... the bathroom was freezing.

Summary: Could so easily be a 9 - great potential
