You will only be a few minutes away fro Hesperia, Lidotel, Naguanagua Sport Park, the Tennis Courts of Naguanagua, Dunas and more.
The Pilot's den is exactly that a previous refuge for a now well-travelled commercial flight pilot, so you will find his traces on every corner of this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom a desk, perfect for remote workers.
The Studio has a sofa-bed and a large screen TV with Cable, Netflix and more.
Enjoy the view from the beautiful open plan kitchen over the city while you make a delicious gourmet meal. And enjoy a glass of wine with your company.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the common areas, which include a pool and a BBQ pit.
We would be happy to interact with our guests, guide you on a hike up the Cerro or go out for drinks but will not impose on your privacy if you so desire.
Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee and hike up Tazajal Mountain ( the trails are less than 200 meters from the building entrance).
Then come back take a shower and enjoying breakfast with a beautiful view over the city before heading out to enjoy the pool, the city or starting your work day in the designated office space.
End your day with a stroll and delicious meal in one of the many restaurants in Calle del Hambre if you are up for something local or by Sambil or Hesperia if you are looking for something a bit more sophisticated. we would be happy to make recommendations based on your tastes.
The complex is in the middle of Mountain Bike heaven so feel free to bring your Mountain bike or ask us if you would like to borrow or rent one from us.
To get around a car or taxi is your best option but you can easily walk to the closest supermarkets, mall and fruit market (10 -30 minute walk). We also have rental cars available for our guests.
Water is rationed in the building, and it is provided 3 times per day, but you have a private water tank in the apartment to make sure you never have to go without.
