Summary: The place was nice, but the check-in process was awful. There is no front desk - they use an electronic process, which failed, leaving us sitting in our car trying to get hold of someone to tell us how to get into the car park and where our room was and how to get into it. We got hold of someone who was very helpful and got us in, but on the basis of our check-in experience we will not use this company again.
