Welcome to The Birch Ridge in the picturesque town of Killington, Vermont! Our cozy Family Room #6 is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Green Mountains. The room features a comfortable queen bed and twin over full bunk bed to rest after a day of outdoor activities, a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
But that's just the beginning enjoy access to the lodge's shared spaces, including a lounge area with a coffee station to start your mornings right. Challenge friends or other guests to a game of pool or shuffleboard, or unwind in one of the two outdoor hot tubs under the stars. With so many outdoor activities nearby, including skiing and hiking, you ll never run out of things to do.
The Birch Ridge s shared common areas were fully renovated in 2023, featuring an A-frame Great Room with a full bar, a 12 shuffleboard table, coffee station, microwave, water cooler, a gas fireplace, streaming TV, surround sound speakers, and plenty of seating including sofas, swivel chairs, and high-top tables. The entryway provides a perfect spot to take off your gear, while the sitting area offers another cozy gathering place with games and a half-bathroom. For convenience, an elevator provides access to the first-floor rooms, and a commercial ice machine is available.
The shared common dining room in the second A-frame includes seating for 20, a pool table, and access to the front patio where you ll find a shared hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The property also boasts gigabit mesh Wi-Fi, Synexis devices for enhanced air quality, ample parking, and two EV chargers.
The Family Room #6, located on the ground floor is decorated in a classic Vermont B&B style. This listing is only for Room #6, and guests share common spaces with others. You may also rent additional rooms or the entire property through our other listings.

• This listing is for guest room #6 on the ground floor of The Birch Ridge. Other areas of the property including the entryway, great room, dining room, sitting area and hallways are shared space and may have other guests. We have two shared hot tubs available. There are a total of eleven guest rooms at the property. You may rent additional rooms or the entire property through our other listings.
• This room has a mini-split for heat and AC.
• Please double-check your guest count there might be a per-person, per-night fee if you miss anyone.
• The minimum rental age is 25.
• We ll send you smart lock codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out.
• We re flexible with check-in/out times when possible, and guaranteed options are available for an extra charge.
• No smoking inside (including e-cigs). You can light up outside, but make sure you re 75 feet from the building. There s a $500 fine for smoking indoors.
• You ll need to e-sign our rental agreement after booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have cameras on the outside of the property, in the common entryway and in the common hallways of the property that are capable of recording all the time. There are no cameras in any living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• You understand use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold owner and property manager harmless.

• Winter weather can be tricky! No weather-related refunds, so we recommend travel insurance. All-wheel drive winter tires are a good idea too.
