Positive: Very comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and decor, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking, two full bathrooms, cozy daybed/couch and nice TV in the living room, bathrooms stocked with towels, toilet paper, and hand soap, nice location. The whole suite was beautiful and so comfortable. It looks nice and luxurious but feels like home. The only issue we had was getting into the suite when we first arrived. I would recommend giving more instructions on how to properly open the door with the code. I had to call Vacasa customer service twice. The first agent wasnโ€™t any help, but the second was able to reset the code and also told us to pull the door towards us before turning the lock. That worked perfectly. We appreciated the help!
Negative: Door entry instructions needed more detail and both bedroom doors didnโ€™t fully close. The first customer service agent gave the wrong instructions for entry and had the ability to reset the code, but he didnโ€™t do that.
Summary: Beautiful vacation home and experience overall. Highly recommend!
