Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The hosts initial communication was good, plenty of info about key collection.
Negative: I had chosen this property as it had a washing machine and dryer, as I was in the middle of a touring holiday I wanted to use these facilities. Unfortunately when I arrived the machines were not usable as the door handles had been broken, not the host's fault but I had to pay for my laundry to be done elsewhere. Whilst I was there there was no hot water, again not the host's fault, there was an issue in the whole building. I contacted the host as if the facilities advertised are unusable I do not expect to pay the full price, I am annoyed that he did not offer a part refund.
Summary: The condo itself was good but I am disappointed by the host's lack of response to my issues
