Summary: I could not have found a better place to stay! First off the place is so cool. Two living rooms one with a really comfy pit couch to just melt in. The other with high end black leather couches and chairs. All kinds of games, putting, foosball, ping pong, and tons of KU memorabilia. The beds were so comfortable. My son and I came for the KU basketball game and it was only a short walk to campus / Allen Fieldhouse. My son can't wait to go back and made me promise him we would stay at the same place. Wayne and Katie our hosts couldn't have been more kind or caring. I cannot recommend this place enough! Really special place to stay. With the exception of the Oread Hotel which is way over priced and nowhere as nice there isn't a closer place to stay to campus and much closer to Allen. I agree with my son we will never stay anywhere else! I say to everyone stay here just not when we want to lol. THE BEST!
