The villa is built in the middle of a covered with grass private property of 2400 sq.m. The garden is surrounded by high trees, ensuring the privacy of the tenants. At the back yard there is the 40 sq.m pool with sunbeds and 2 parasols around it for relaxation in the shade. At the same side of the garden there are a barbecue and stone built benches where you can enjoy tasty meals. Moreover, there is a wooden outdoor dining set in a covered area outside the kitchen and outdoor furniture sets on the balcony of the first floor and at the back and front yards.
Stella Villa is a two floor building. The entrance leads to the spacious sitting/dining area with the fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a round dining table for 6 persons.
