Down the hall and thoughtfully separated from the master bedroom, you'll find two more inviting bedrooms with new queen beds and mattresses in each. These bedrooms share a hall bath containing a shower/tub combo. The full size laundry is ideally located in the hallway just across the hall. Enjoy cooking in the bright and spacious eat in kitchen which includes the basic cookware necessities, range, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Parking includes a one car garage with additional storage space and one driveway spot. Step out onto the rear deck to catch some amazing Colorado sunshine.
