Positive: The location was nice, quiet, and secluded - well away from the road and nextdoor neighbors. There was a rather large selection of DVD movies to choose from. The play area with toys was an unexpected perk. The house is very spacious - accommodating our group of 9 very well. The table in the kitchen was also large enough for everyone.
Negative: The damaged "fun" items should be fixed or removed and not used as unique selling points: the Foosball and air hockey table need some attention. The inoperable video game should be removed from the living room (especially since it partially blocks the view of the TV screen). The couch in the living room really should be replaced by something reasonably comfortable to sit on. If the "man cave"-like garage is a selling point, it needs a little work (mainly organizing) to be more appealing. The kitchen could be better stocked with cooking items and things (but we had brought such things from home because of comments made by others). Various details about the house (such as the floor in one corner) need attention. While the almost non-existent mobile phone connection may be regarded as a "feature" and not a "bug", we had a Starlink system along for our needs.
Summary: This property suited our needs well, with ample space, though the kitchen could be better stocked.
