Summary: First the pros: Brand new construction - everything was very new and we got the impression we were some of the first few renters. While communication could have been more timely, we got the information we needed when we needed it. It was a warm week and there was an a/c provided that helped keep at least the main floor cool, and there were a couple of fans we could use for the rest of the property, which was helpful. Cons: The two bedrooms were tight - barely 6 inches between the bed and dressers, making them unusable in the space, and a challenge to get to the one side of the bed. The bedding and the towels in the two other bedrooms were still damp and had to go in the dryer. The sheets in one of the bedrooms had stains on it. VERY minimal kitchen utensils and pans. Example: 1 fry pan, 2 pots and no pans for oven. Wouldn't have been able to make pancakes, as there was no flipper. Not great if you plan on doing any cooking. The Cons:
