Summary: I wish that I remembered the name of the gentlemen that helped me the first night when I arrived. But there was an issue with my booking and the card on file. He assured me things will be fine and that he will help me, took a bit of time but throughout the entire process, but he kept checking on me and letting me know that he is working and will be done. The room was very spacious and clean. The one thing is parking is a bit pricey, but that's downtown Toronto for you. I only parked overnight, as I worked thro
