Positive: Front desk person named Alian was very welcoming and friendly. He made sure we had what we needed and did everything he could to accommodate our stay. The room as well as common areas were clean and comfortable, air conditioner worked very well, and the fridge was actually cold. Rooms have been updated recently, the vinyl flooring is a nice change from carpets in most hotels.
Negative: The door deadbolt lock was not able to actually lock, it was hitting the strike plate and would not function properly which is unacceptable at a hotel. No USB plugs anywhere in the room. It seems when rooms are updated everything except electrical was updated as they are still old outlets and nothing has USB ports. The cable tv connection in the room was constantly going in and out and had to move the cables into a very precise position to get it to stay clear picture.
