Summary: So the room is nice has a big TV and a big bed but everything was so dirty, the owner didn't even know about our stay because I had to call him when we arrived and tell him that I booked on Expedia after that he let us know how to get in. I immediately noticed the floor was so dirty that our feet got black and I had to swipe the floor I asked the owner if he knew about our arrival because everything was so dirty he texted me that everything was clean and disinfected which I replied no sir and sent him a picture of the floor after I swiped so dirty I also sent him a picture of the stove that It was so dirty and the place smelled weird to make it all worse when we use the bathroom it overflowed and there's no plunger for me to do anything I called him to let him know he said it's supposed to be next to the toilet but it wasn't the good thing was that he brought me one really fast but he didn't help me with anything else and I didn't have anything to clean the floor with no Clorox no anything to disinfect and the floor was full of toilet water at the end I was so disgust I even saw a cockroach coming out of the sink of the kitchen. Also when we open the couch to make it a bed it was really dirty that I preferred the 3 of us sleeped together in the bed.Over all the owner seems nice and answers quickly but the one in charge of the cleaning doesn't know what they're doing. He did say he will talk to her about that so hopefully it will get better
