Positive: Room location fantastic. Never had a bathroom with such a view. However no decent grab bars for the bath. The concierge service delivering bags to our ship’s room was invaluable and a good reason to return for our next cruise.

Negative: There was unnecessary panelling in front of the sink making it difficult to lean over to rinse one’s mouth after cleaning one’s teeth. Light switches on the lamps were too small making it difficult for us oldies to turn on and off. I was annoyed about the lack of free basic wifi. Check-in was very very slow - more staff needed. Long queues before us and after us. I joined your frequent travellers’ club while staying there but there was no way to add the current stay.
