Positive: The apartment has one large bedroom with two single beds, one living room with one sofa, one balcony which the entry is at bed room, one small kitchen, one washroom. The layout is great, enough space for two people. And every room has window, especially the living room and bed room has fret light and fresh floor. The apartment is at second floor, with nice sunshine, with fans in the bed room and living, separately. Price is really good. The WiFi is super great!!! Has a independent router from China, looks new, the internet is fast enough even you work online with uploading and downloading videos. Only sometimes the signal could has a bit problems, no signal sometimes. I dont know it is related to the specific time in a day or other reasons. But according to my experience, seems all the Egypt has this problem not only in Marsa Alam. The beds had simple, comfortable and clean bed sheets, the bed itself is comfortable too. I slept very well in this room due to the nice fresh flow from window and fan, and quiet area. There is a half-automatic washing machine, with large space, strong power, so can wash many clothes together at same time. It is very good washing machine if you dont mind to control it a bit yourself. The kitchen is working, has fire and a simple pot and a pan, few glasses and two plates. Water is normal and available in Kitchen and wash room. We cooked the tap water to drink, it seems fine. Balcony had place to dry clothes, perfect, dry fast, with sunshine and wind. You would love it. Waleed is responsible for the apartment, he is really helpful and hospitable. Trying to help us many things, and always asked us a do we need any help. You can booked Samadai dolphin house or other tours with him, also he is running taxi service too. He told us all the good places in Marsa Alam, it helped a lot.
Negative: Beds are clean, but kitchen and wash room and floor can be better. With shows inside the apartment feel great, with bare foot might feel not comfortable. Hot water in wash room is a little unstable, difficult to find balance between hot water and cold water during shower. In the sink in wash room there were few little small worms come out from the drain, maybe it was because the drain is stock without the reason we didn't know. The design for washing machine in the wash room is not perfect every time wash clothes the floor will get wet when you let the water gone from the machine. There are special pipe for that on the wall — but it too high, so the water cannot go properly if you using that pipe. But if you dont mind wash room get wet, it is still ok, not huge problem. The apartment looks unfinished outside, but it is safe and not too much things block the way to the door or stairs.
