Beautiful, private house on the Mackenzie river sitting on almost two acres of beautiful land with well manicure landscape. It is a three-bedroom house with unique dome-shaped central room. That is very open and light. It is truly the heart of the house. House has lots of windows and plenty of natural light. Central heating and air conditioning system plus a very cozy pellet burning stove that will give you warm feeling in the winter. Being a river house has many outdoor activities such as fishing, rafting, biking, nature walking. There is a huge deck facing the river that gives you a great view of Mackenzie River and surrounding areas. Everything has been remodeled in the house with new carpet in bedrooms and laminate floor, and new kitchen with all new appliances and new washer and dryer in laundry room. This is not a typical house once you enter the house you feel it right away thought its modern design and decoration.
