A family favorite for generations because it offers something for ALL ages in a relaxing, safe environment! Treat yourself to a relaxing, vacation in sunny Florida!
The Lazy Pelican is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 people. It is located in the center of the island and offers many amenities! Great parking capable of fitting two cars and a golf cart! As you walk up the steps, you are welcomed by a living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light! Large dining room with a table that seats 4 with 3 additional seats and an open-concept, full kitchen to cook your favorite treats. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, memory foam cooling mattress for a comfortable sleep. The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk beds with memory foam mattresses.
Patio is lined with Silver Bismark Palm Tree adding privacy as you cook on the grill and dine outdoors in the beautiful Florida weather!

Summary: The Lazy Pelican was a terrific property! Ill start by saying that the island is quaint and peaceful and is perfect for families with small children. My daughter is 13 and had a great time visiting the pools and shopping. Everything you need is within 5 miles and there was absolutely no traffic so getting around was a breeze. The home was as described. It was clean and well furnished. The rooms were very bright with plenty of windows and nice decor. The deck space on this unit along with the open floor plan made it perfect. An all around great place to rent and vacation. We had a blast and i am already checking dates for next year!
