We are so excited to welcome you to the Moose Point Lookout!
Cast your cares away, breathe deep and embrace all of the peace and FUN that Pokegama Lake has to offer via your private lake access! You can renew your spirit and have an AMAZING time enjoying the great outdoors! Plus, you are just 15 minutes from the convenience and award-winning food and drinks of Grand Rapids!

I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Please let me know if there is anything that will make your stay better. It is my goal that this space be an escape and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.
It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you to resolve issues or provide information. If we need to stop by for any reason I will do my best to contact you ahead of time but we will keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum.
Home is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community.
Just 15 minutes from everywhere in Grand Rapids, a short drive will bring you to the best local brews at Rapids Brewing and Klockow Brewing Co, food and wine at award winning UnWined Up North and coffee shops like Brewed Awakenings as well as many local shops and much more!
- 10 minutes to bike, or snowshoe Tioga Mountain recreation trails
- Less than 20 minutes from the Mesabi bike and snowmobile trail system access at the Itasca County Fairgrounds
- Just over 15 minutes to the IRA Civic Center
The house, boathouse and all amenities are included so please make yourself feel at home! You will have easy access with a keypad for self check-in.
Note: Boathouse renovation is expected to be complete in Fall 2024.
Detached garage is not available for guest use.

Please plan to launch any personal motorized watercraft at one of the many public access locations on the lake. A list of those locations and GPS coordinates for the house will be provided prior to check-in. (Water at the end of the dock is about 3 feet deep)
Please note: Exterior of property is monitored by surveillance cameras. Please do not cover or disable the cameras in any way.
We have weekly professional lawn service and snow removal as needed. They may be onsite for 1-2 hours during your stay. Dates and times vary depending on weather and demand.
