Ideally located in the heart of Provence, the farmhouse "La Fragonnière" is built in the town of Grans (13450, Bouches-du-Rhône). This true Mas Provençal of the 18th century protected from the sun by its plane trees bicentennial, has kept, at the option of the renovations, its simplicity, its charm and its authenticity.
In the countryside, on a plot of 1.3 ha in agricultural area, but not isolated, our farmhouse is located near the village of Grans (shops within 5 minutes by car).
Its ideal location in the South of France, will allow you to visit nearby Salon de Provence (4 km), St Remy de Provence (24 km), Les Baux de Provence (26 km), Avignon (42 km), Marseille ( 50 km), the Camargue (50 km), Aix-en-Provence (32 km) or the beaches of the Mediterranean (Cassis and its Calanques, the Blue Coast).

We are in the countryside, not overlooked, bordering a green zone, but for the sake of honesty and transparency we wish to point out the proximity of a railway line north of the property, on which circulate essentially TER, no TGV or line trains. The passage of trains only lasts a few seconds.
For your summer holidays, you will greatly appreciate the shade of our two-hundred-year-old plane trees (essential in our region in summer), our large fully covered terrace (35 m2) and XXL barbecue.
The configuration of the property allows you to have several terraces: you can have breakfast outside in the sun and lunch in the shade of plane trees. You will appreciate the terrace "Ibiza" under the pergola equipped with a canvas for a moment of relaxation side swimming pool, and can take your meals on the covered terrace protected from the humidity where you will have the pleasure to taste some grills with the vines inimitable taste.
On the pool side terrace, on the covered terrace or in the garden you will be lulled by the sound of cicadas, small birds or the soft sound of the stream that flows throughout the summer season.
