This 3BR/2BA is nestled in the historic River District with views of the Manatee River and Regatta Point Marina. Your single-story getaway is outfitted with stylish Tommy Bahama furniture throughout and features prime indoor/outdoor entertaining space including a fenced backyard, lanai, and covered front porch.

A nautical-inspired second bedroom contains a full bed and ceiling fan.
The third bedroom doubles as an office and has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. Enjoy a desk, printer, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and a 32' TV that can be used as a computer monitor.

OUTDOOR AREA
French doors open to the lanai complete with seating for three, a two-person bar, ceiling fan, and bamboo shades for added privacy as well as sun control.
