Spacious house 255m2 built in 2014 with a new reconstruction kitchen and livingroom (2015). There are two floor in villa. First floor has got large living room ( TV 55" and leather sofa) with kitchen (together 80m2)and big dinning table. In groud floor is also one bedroom with king size bed and one bathroom with shower and one seperate WC. The second floor offer bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and shower(was renovated in July 2016). There are also 4 bedrooms (every has king size bed ) and one separate toilet. The house is placed in the quiet and clean air village Všenory, which is only five kilometers from Prague. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Beautiful large garden 420m2, when you can relax with terrace seating and big outdoor fireplace with BBQ. And you are still just 20 minutes from the city center by train or car. Close to 2 golf courses and Karlstejn Castle. River Berounka 10minutes by walk. You can swim there.
The all house with large garden is only for you. There si BBQ fireplace, when you can prepare a great meal with incredible smell of wood. We have got a bio-spice on garden. Parking directly at the villa for three cars with electric gate. Security camera system and alarm. The beautiful surrounding countryside with clean river Berounka. You can swimming there. There are many activities: golf, bowling, restaurant, tennis. Great location for exploring the surrounding countryside, the possibility of cyclists. Grocery shop 100m. Supermarkets are in next village Dobrichovice. It is only 5minutes by car. Or you can order the food by internet with delivery to the house.
