The 4 bed/5 bath home has generous room to entertain with a great room opening to a stainless steel and granite chef’s kitchen; the formal dining and billiard rooms; a home arcade/gym; and a Hacienda-style floor plan with all rooms flowing through towering stained oak French doors to the outdoor veranda with sparkling pool, spa and breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains. For a quiet luncheon or large dinner party for 10, there is a pergola off the breakfast area with a soothing fountain and misters.
Outdoor living abounds with a terrace that embraces the pool and spa containing loads of space for relaxing and eating, a built-in gas grill, cushioned lounge and napping area, commercial grade misters, and an outdoor fireplace to gather by on cool evenings. Numerous greenbelts for playing croquet surround the property.
