Wilson Point is located 3.5 miles/5.5 km south of San Pedroโs town core, which means you are far from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. There is Stax Sunset Lounge and Cafe just down the road; a mini-mart and a couple of restaurants just a mile away; and of course more dining & shopping options on the way to & in town!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular.
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!
