3 Bedroom House in Keenan, Montgomery
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We are located on a dead end road and surrounded by woods. The biggest compliment we get is it’s peaceful. I would like to make note that we are in the progress of expanding the resort. We’re not where we want to be yet, but we are growing. You may see things that might be under construction, but will never interfere with your experience. We are trying to make this a really nice resort with a pond and a place for tenants to have outdoor activities available to them. Thank you for staying with us as we grow. As you turn onto Forest Hills Drive, you are going to go 1 mile and the home is located on the left-hand side of the road. You go down to the big blue house. I will have your code set to the last four digits of your phone number. This will be for the front door and for the bedroom that you choose unless you’re renting the whole house. Feel free to make yourself at home. You are welcome to walk around the property as well. We can communicate on the platform or you can text me once you complete your booking. I have noticed in some of the reviews that there are things that are beyond my control. Sometimes I rent the house out as individual room units and sometimes I rent the whole house out, depending on the time of year and situation. You may experience smells from other people cooking foods in the microwaves in the room. You may have a messy person that is in another room. I do apologize ahead as this is not how I portray the property. I do make sure that all bedding is stain free. I use UV lighting to clean to make sure there is no germs, pet dander, or bedbugs in the home. I wash all bedding, including pillows and comforters with peroxide and vinegar to assure everything is extremely sanitized for each guest. I wipe down doorhandles and remote controls and other items that are touched by other guest. We take cleanliness very serious. We also live out in the country, and you may want to check the location before you book as we are 7 miles from town, but we’re central to the Woodlands, Lake Conroe, in Magnolia. We are a very private place out here. we do our absolute best to make sure you have an amazing day. And we appreciate your patience as we grow.
