Summary: This is NOT a hotel. It's a house that was converted into small studio apartments that are rented out short-term. The apartment was clean, modern and in good condition. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. BUT, there are no services at all. After I received the confirmation, I saw that it said there is no reception. All registration is done on-line. The instructions were unclear and inaccurate. There is a 24/7 phone number and email given. This is a lie. I tried to call the number several times and was only able to reach someone once. The woman who answered sounded like she was answering her home phone and had very little information. I was unsure if I would actually be able to check into the property. I was given a 6-digit code to open the front door. It turned out I only need to press 1 to open the door. Not very secure. Once in the room, I had trouble working the AC and signing into the TV. It took a few hours to figure them out. Again, there was no one to call for assistance. If there had been a real emergency at the property, I wouldn't have been able to contact anyone. This is not what i expect at a "hotel". The room is very nice and the price is reasonable, but if you stay here, you are completely on your own.
