The Space:
This space sleeps 2 guests comfortably, as it is one of two separate units in a 40 ft container. While your unit is completely private, you do share one half of the container with other guests. You are separated by a specially insulated wall, so you have plenty of privacy. You have your own living space with a bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchenette area. The bedroom contains a full size bed and a 32โ Roku TV. The living area has a loveseat sofa, electric fireplace and a 32โ Roku TV. The kitchenette has a sink, coffee maker, Keurig coffee pods, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, electric double countertop burner, utensils, grilling tools, small pots and pans, beer and wine opener, can opener and paper goods. The container features beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and a deck that serves as a common area where you have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. You will also have access to our cozy fire pit and barbecue where you can sit back and relax after your long days on the lake. The property is complete with a custom outdoor water feature that you can step into to cool yourself off!
Guest Access:
Your unit is completely private, however, you do share one half of the container with other guests. It also shares common areas like the deck, fire pit and barbecue. You have your own private entrance to the space featuring a lockbox with your own personal QR code. This 102 unit is located behind 103, near the fire pit (see pictures). There is plenty of free parking at the front of and next to the containers with a gravel driveway.
