Guest Access:
Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool, just a short and scenic walk from the townhome. The recreation area is open year-round, with the exception of a maintenance closure for one week in both the spring and fall. It also features a clubhouse, coed sauna, and an exercise room. For outdoor activities, enjoy a lakeside tennis court and two pickleball courts, along with a pier perfect for swimming, fishing, or picking up guests arriving by boat.

While taxis are available in the area, Uber and Lyft services are less common in North Lake Tahoe, and availability may be limited, especially in more remote areas or during peak times. It's always a good idea to plan ahead or take advantage of the reliable T.A.R.T. bus system for transportation.
