Welcome to Lahara Penthouse
On top of the cliffs of the exclusive gated community Cas Abou , within walking distance of the 2 private beaches that the resort has to offer, lies this villa with a spacious outdoor area and a breathtaking 180-degree sea view. The villa consists of two independent living floors, each with its own swimming pool. Villa Lahara Penthouse is on the second floor and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a very spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool and another connecting room at the back of the penthouse, with a lounge area and an outdoor shower.

A sliding gate surrounds the villa and offers privacy and security. After passing the gate you reach the garage, after which a staircase leads you to the communal entrance. Through the entrance you enter a long hallway. Directly on the right side is the laundry room with a storage corner and dishwasher, followed by the stairs to the second floor to Lahara Penthouse.

The entrance opens into a long hall that provides access to a staircase that takes you to Lahara Penthouse. At the top of the stairs is a separate door that provides access to Lahara Penthouse. From the driveway along the house you will reach a private parking space at the top.
