Located in the Niagara Benchlands, within walking distance to a brewery and wineries, with many wineries less then 7 km away.
Short drive to town, many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO and Beer Store.

Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom unit in the front part of our home (we live in the back). Each bedroom has a queen size bed with bamboo mattress, alarm clock (that will also charge most phones) and ceiling fan. The soaker tub is perfect for a relaxing bath or you may enjoy a luxury rainfall showering experience in the large walk in shower equipped with a built in bench and grab bars. Summary: We stayed at Kozy on King for a full week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the spacious bathroom was a nice bonus after long days of exploring.The location couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect home base for visiting the incredible wineries of the Niagara Benchlands, exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and spending time at Niagara Falls. We loved being so close to great wineries, restaurants, and scenic drives while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Vineland. The property’s location is one of its biggest strengths, with numerous wineries just minutes away. (vrbo)The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. Every detail made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Kozy on King to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and conveniently located place to experience Ontario’s beautiful wine country. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
