Sunrise Point is situated on a peninsula with close to 180 degrees of water frontage plus 7 acres of woodland on the Northern Neck of Virginia.
Whether it's boating, kayaking (4 provided, with paddles), fishing (off our private dock), or crabbing (crab pots provided), BBQing, eating out on the screened porch, sipping margaritas or beers on the sun splashed deck, napping in an outside hammock, exerting yourselves with a game of horseshoes, walks in the private woods, lounging on the dock with a steaming cup of Joe watching the mist on the river as the sun comes up, or just curling up in a comfy chair with a good book from the house library, this tranquil vacation home is for you!
Open plan Great room with hardwood floors (family room, kitchen and dining area) with towering stone fireplace and gas log fire (fall & winter), sky lights, ceiling fan, comfy sofas and chairs, dining area (seats 8) all looking out of a wall of glass windows onto the beautiful water.

Plenty of flat grass areas for play time and those family Thanksgiving touch football games, horseshoes, sunbathing, and a hammock.
Several acres of private woods which surround and seclude the property are ideal for nature strolls and spotting woodland wildlife such as deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, and foxes etc.
