Our apartment is close to the beach, public transport. You will appreciate our apartment because it is a new apartment in the Residence "Rosa" in Saranda, IDEALLY LOCATED on the seafront (which saves you from climbing all the steps if you are in the heights of Saranda), with panoramic and breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, Corfu Island and Saranda Bay.
You will be in a secret paradise and its heavenly beaches.
A monthly rate can be made for the months of January, February, March and October, November and December, do not hesitate to ask me.
This apartment can accommodate 3 people. It consists of a bedroom with 160 bed and a sofa in the living room, suitable for a single bed. We also have an umbrella bed for a baby. In the dressing room you will also find a table and an iron and a hairdryer. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Saranda’s pedestrian promenade. The beaches are at the foot of the building and access is 3 minutes walk to the beach which is located next to the hotel Maestral.
It has all the comforts and a beautiful terrace where you will drink the aperitif and have your meal, you will enjoy the sunset in peace. Many restaurants in the area and famous bars. The bay window is equipped with a mosquito net, which makes life comfortable. You will be away from the crowds and noise of the city center.
Internet works perfectly and if power cut, disconnect internet and reconnect.
The apartment has a bedroom, a US kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom/ WC (shower cabin and 80L water heater), a terrace with blinds, a mosquito net on the bay window, which will allow you to eat on the terrace even at noon. It has all the comforts.
The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The apartment is new and fully equipped and decorated.
The apartment is about 50 m2 and the terrace about 10 m2.
There is a gym in the centre of Saranda, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
The bus stop for KSAMIL is located right in front of the apartment building and will take 1 minute walk.
The building is quiet. The air conditioning for cold and heating works very quickly and allows to heat or cool the apartment in a few minutes. Air conditioning is available in the room and the main room. It is therefore not useful for environmental issues (and price for electricity) to leave the appliances in operation if you are not present in the apartment..... thank you in advance....
A swimming pool is available at the Barracuda Hotel 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
As you may know, in Albania there may be untimely cuts of water and electricity, however, this is quickly restored.
Check in takes place between 16:00 and 19:00
Check out takes place at 11:00 in the morning
The cleaning costs are 22 euros (cleaning of sheets, pillowcases, towels, towels, duvets etc....) The apartment must therefore be made clean.
Internet speed is 45 Mbps parallel (upload and download). Possibility to increase the speed, at the tenant’s expense.
Passenger access
You can arrive by plane at Tirana airport and rent a vehicle to come to Saranda. You also have the possibility to land in Corfu and then take the boat (30 minutes crossing) to reach Saranda (several transfers per day depending on the period)
Presentation of the neighbourhood
The Residence is located 8 minutes walk from the pedestrian promenade and 10 minutes walk from the center of Saranda, you are very close to all amenities (shops, restaurants....) without the inconvenience of the crowd and noise.

A parking space is reserved for tenants in a private parking in the building basement.
