Summary: Very nice hotel in a great location. The room was large, modern and well-appointed but the valet parking service was a mess due to insufficient staffing. They tell you that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get your car but when you try to call the front desk to request your car nobody picks up, when someone finally does, it often takes another 10 minutes to get your car. One morning it took 20 minutes to get our call; the morning of our departure we waited for 35 minutes. That's unacceptable.
