The Monte Smith Villa turns luxury into the standard of living. The care that was put in the designing of the property was meant to create a welcoming ambiance with a warm modern décor, as well as a high-standard center stage for quality leisure time.
Monte Smith Villa features ample living space that combines luxurious comforts with a clear sense of home. The property features 6 bedrooms in total. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms — one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which also includes a comfortable double sofa bed. On the lower level, there is an additional bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. In total, the villa offers four bathrooms — two on the main floors and one by the pool, each featuring a shower, a bathtub, and a WC.
