Positive: Amazing location overlooking the water. We absolutely loved the deck and watching the sunset. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable .

Negative: Upon entry, the room had a distinct smell. Ancient cigarettes and coffee grounds?? Hard to identify and you got used to it after a few minutes but definitely noticeable every time you entered the room.

Summary: Wonderful location , spacious clean and comfortable
