If shade is what you crave, relax in the comfortable seating area of the raised cabana under an awning and ceiling fan with a cool beverage. At sunset, enjoy dinner or cocktails seated around the outdoor dining table overlooking the pool and breathtaking vistas. Indulge yourself in the tranquil 6-person jetted spa with cascading spillway under the canopy of twinkling desert stars. Or gather for conversation in the comfortable seating of the outdoor living room with friends around the gas fire pit. There’s also a Traeger pellet BBQ, outdoor shower, bocci ball court and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
Both luxurious bedrooms have their own ensuite baths so there’s no sharing! The bedroom suites are nicely separated on different levels of the home, entitling guests to peace and privacy. The primary bedroom sanctuary located on the top floor features a lavish King sized bed, romantic chandelier, automated shades for cocoon-like privacy, 65” smart TV, massive walk-in closet and panoramic views of the majestic mountainside. The spa-like ensuite primary bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, private water closet, double floating vanities with plenty of storage and an oversized luxurious shower with multiple shower heads and body jets. There is also convenient access to the outdoors and a private canopy day bed for taking afternoon naps.
The guest bedroom suite also offers a King sized bed with hotel-quality linens and plush pillows as well as a 55”smart TV. The ensuite bath provides another sumptuous bath and shower with the same multiple shower heads and body jets.
AMENITIES
For our guests added convenience we offer a dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer near the primary bedroom, a powder bath off the entryway and a private den with queen daybed, TV and ceiling fan overlooking the backyard. Other amenities include WiFi, smart TVs, SONOS sound system, estate disposal service and a motorized gated driveway with garage. All linens, towels & pool floats provided too.
OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $55/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Weekly gardening service and pool service twice per week are also provided.
